Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective clients and handle customer-initiated inbound calls efficiently.
Lead Generation/Sales: Persuade customers to purchase products or services, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Data Management: Accurately update customer details and interaction records in the database or CRM system.
Follow-ups: Schedule follow-up calls and nurture leads to convert them into sales.
Script Adherence: Follow company scripts and protocols to ensure consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in required languages (including English).
Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to convince clients and handle rejections/objections.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM software.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
