We are looking for a Real Estate Telecaller to join our team at Simona International. This role involves Build Connections, Generate Leads & Drive Real Estate Sales Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads.
Lead Qualification: Understand clients’ requirements, budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
Client Engagement: Explain property projects, configurations, pricing, amenities, and offers to potential buyers.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested clients and maintain a proper follow-up schedule.
Site Visit Generation: Convince qualified prospects to schedule property site visits and coordinate visit timings with the sales team.
Lead Management: Update call status, client feedback, follow-up dates, and remarks in the CRM or designated Google Sheet.
Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
Professional Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients and represent the company positively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
