We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at SKD Propworld Pvt. Ltd.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential buyers, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, and closing real estate deals. The role involves building strong client relationships and helping customers make informed property investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other sources.

• Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements and investment preferences.

• Promote residential, commercial, and industrial properties in YEIDA, Yamuna Expressway, Dholera and Greater Noida.

• Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, and documentation to clients.

• Arrange property site visits and accompany clients for property inspections.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• 6 months – 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of real estate and property investment.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to travel for property site visits.

• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
