Job Overview

Plotex Realty LLP is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Associates to join our team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, maintaining proper records of interested clients, conducting regular follow-ups, and inviting interested clients for site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to Plotex Realty's projects.

- Explain project details, including location, plot sizes, pricing, facilities, connectivity, and investment opportunities.

- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of interested clients in a diary/register.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested clients and maintain proper follow-up records.

- Invite and coordinate with interested clients for project/site visits.

- Build good relationships with potential clients through professional and effective communication.

- Convert interested leads into site visits and, ultimately, successful sales.

- Maintain daily records of calls, interested leads, follow-ups, and site visits.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of qualified and interested clients.

Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

💰 Commission: ₹40,000 for every successful sale of a 100 Gaj plot.

Your earnings will depend on your sales performance and successful closures.
