🔹 Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.

Assist clients in buying and selling residential/commercial properties.

Conduct property site visits and explain project features.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.

Stay updated on market trends and property prices.
