Job Title: Quality Analyst (QA)

Location: OMR, Chennai

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 months - 2 Years (Minimum 1 Year QA Experience Mandatory)

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + 5000

Working Hours: 10 AM – 5 PM

Vacancies: 5

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer calls/chats.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company guidelines.

• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.

• Identify errors and recommend process improvements.

• Prepare quality reports and maintain compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of QA experience.

• Experience in financial products (Loans/Insurance) preferred.

• Good communication and analytical skills.
