Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective customers.

• Contact leads provided by the company and understand customer requirements.

• Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing and other property benefits clearly.

• Identify genuine and interested customers and qualify leads.

• Convince customers to schedule site visits.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and customer meetings.

• Follow up regularly with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and site visits.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Support the sales team in converting leads into site visits and sales.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Handling preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good Telugu and English communication skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an added advantage.

• Candidates with real-estate experience will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
