Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries received through calls, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.

• Understand customer requirements and explain project details effectively.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.

• Follow up regularly with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and customer meetings.

• Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead status reports.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong telecalling and lead-generation abilities.

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of Pre-Sales experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.

• Male/Female candidates can apply.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
