Job Description for Presales Executive:

Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, promote residential and commercial projects, qualify leads, and coordinate property viewings to help drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on digital marketing or database leads.

• Project Pitching: Explain residential and commercial property features, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans clearly.

• Site Visit Scheduling: Qualify customer budgets and preferences, then fix and coordinate property site visits for sales consultants.

• Client Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to move them through the sales funnel.

• CRM Management: Log daily call activities, update customer interaction records, and manage pipelines accurately in CRM software.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead qualification, and site visit conversions.

• Query Handling: Resolve customer questions regarding project approvals, builder background, and basic legal/financial terms. Required Skills & Qualifications

  Education: Bachelor’s degree (Any).

  Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales(real estate preferred), telemarketing, or

  B2C sales preferred (freshers with strong communication may apply).

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali with a clear, confident, and polite phone presence.

• Sales Aptitude: Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Excel. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive base salary (typically ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month depending on experience) plus attractive performance incentives/perks.

• Working Hours: Standard day shift (One weekly off on Tuesday as per company policy).
