Job Responsibilities:
Act as a core lead generator for the sales team
Understand customer requirements and pitch products/services accordingly
Maintain and update lead data using MS Excel and CRM tools
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the field sales/business development team
Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely closures
Prepare basic sales reports and track daily activities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proactive approach with strong follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead conversion
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
