We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of Solar PV Systems through telecalling and lead follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, generating leads, pitching solar solutions, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct telecalling to reach out to prospective customers from provided data lists.
Explain the benefits of solar PV systems, including cost savings and environmental impact, in simple terms.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits or further discussions with the technical team.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools/spreadsheets.
Follow up on leads consistently to convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer requirements, objections, and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling/inside sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner.
Self-motivated, target-driven, with an ability to meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems will be an added advantage (training will be provided).
Fixed salary with performance-based incentives/commissions.
