Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: Min 1 year

About the Role:

Holistic is looking for an energetic Pre-Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating

and qualifying leads for our mandate-based residential projects. The role involves engaging

with prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, scheduling site visits, and

ensuring a seamless lead handover to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and generate interest in our projects

• Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with Sales Managers.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.

• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and site visit targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain high response standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities
