We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team . The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18000 - ₹38000.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through calls, websites, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project/property details
Explain product features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly to prospects
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the_toggle sales team for closures
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely feedback collection
Update and manage lead data in CRM / Excel sheets on a daily basis
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth deal processing
Prepare and share quotations, brochures, and basic documentation
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
