Role Overview:
At Casagrand, the Site Visit Coordinator (Telecalling) plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. The role involves coordinating and managing site visits through outbound and inbound calls, ensuring effective communication between customers, sales teams, and site personnel, and supporting timely visit closures.
Key Responsibilities
•Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/leads to schedule and confirm site visits.
•Coordinate closely with Casagrand sales teams and site personnel to align visit schedules.
•Act as the primary telephonic point of contact for customers regarding site visit coordination.
•Confirm site visit details including date, time, location, and pickup arrangements (during project launches).
•Ensure smooth execution of site visits through proactive pre-visit coordination.
•Maintain accurate call logs, site visit schedules, and coordination records.
•Follow up with internal teams and customers for visit completion, feedback, and action closure.
•Handle basic customer queries related to site visits and escalate concerns when required.
Eligibility
•Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates
•Education: Any Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred)
•Work Location :Bengaluru
•Language Requirements : English - Professional working proficiency
•Regional Language(s): Preferred based on project location
