Role Summary

Aura Proptech is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team in lead generation, client engagement, and sales enablement. The role involves understanding customer requirements, scheduling site visits, and ensuring a seamless pre-sales experience that contributes to successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conducting daily sales calls and arranging site visits

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from various channels

• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, competitor offerings, and pricing

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable solutions

·       Successfully create business from new and existing customers

• Conduct property presentations and schedule site visits

• Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, channel partners, and brokers

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems

• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and client engagement initiatives

·       Should have well knowledge in real estate segment

·       Shall coordinate with the customers and resolve their queries reg. project.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and property lifecycle

• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems

• Excellent organizational, time management, and coordination skills
