Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from the provided database.
Explain the company's products, services, features, pricing, and offers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Address customer queries and coordinate with the sales, technical, or support teams when required.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare daily call reports, lead status reports, and sales performance reports.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Ensure professional communication and maintain high standards of customer service.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up.
