Job Summary:

We are looking for a Outbound Sales Executive to join our team at Trivesa Hr Consultant Private Limited. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining suitable investment and financial solutions, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets. The position offers ₹27,000 - ₹43,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.

• Promote financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, fixed deposits, bonds, loans, and other investment solutions.

• Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Schedule appointments for relationship managers or financial advisors when required.

• Follow up with prospects to address queries and close sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills, basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts, and ability to achieve sales targets in a performance-driven environment. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
