About the Role:

The Turbo Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers through outbound calls, understanding their financial requirements, promoting suitable banking products, and driving customer acquisition and sales conversions. The role requires strong communication, sales orientation, customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve assigned business targets. Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

• Promote and facilitate the acquisition of various banking and financial products.

• Generate qualified leads and convert eligible prospects into customers.

• Achieve assigned sales, productivity, and customer acquisition targets. Products Covered

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in banking products and services.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to drive conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.

• Ensure proper communication of product features, benefits, eligibility, and applicable terms to customers.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

• Adhere to organisational policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and acquiring customers for products including:

• Savings Account

• Current Account

• Credit Card

• Home Loan

• Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Personal Loan

• Education Loan

• Insurance Products

• Mutual Funds

Candidate Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.

• Graduate candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Experience Candidates with experience in the following domains will be preferred:

• Banking

• Banking Sales

• BFSI

• BPO

• Insurance

• Collections

• Telecalling / Outbound Sales

Experience Range:

Freshers to 5 years Skills Required

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Strong customer handling and convincing abilities.

• Sales-oriented mindset.

• Ability to understand customer requirements.

• Comfortable working in an outbound calling and target-driven environment.

Age Criteria

● Maximum age: 32 years Compensation

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products will be an added advantage.

● Graduate Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand

● BPO Experience (1–5 Years): ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 In-Hand

● Banking Sales Experience (1–5 Years): ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 In-Hand

● Insurance Experience (1–5 Years): Up to ₹35,000 In-Hand

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break

Shift Type: Fixed Day Shift

Weekly Off

• 2nd and 4th week: Saturday and Sunday off, subject to process requirements.

• 1st and 3rd week: Sunday fixed off.

• Bank holidays will be applicable.

• Some Saturdays may be working depending on business requirements.

Transportation Facility

Pick and drop facility is available for eligible employees from:
