Position: Telecalling Fundraiser

Job Description:

• We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills.

• Making cold outbound calls to potential donors.

• Communicating our cause and securing donations.

• Explaining medical cases and encouraging donors to contribute.

• Working towards fundraising targets and maintaining donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential donors.

• Communicate the organization's mission and objectives.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

• Update donor data and submit daily reports to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Convincing power.

• Target-oriented approach.

Job Timing:

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday: Off

Job Location: Dombivli East

Salary: As per interview performance + Incentives
