Job Summary

We are hiring Associates for our Outbound Voice Process. You will handle sales, lead generation, customer activation and retention for banking products, including Credit Cards, Loans and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Promote and sell Credit Cards, Loans and Insurance

Generate leads and achieve sales targets

Drive customer activation and retention

Handle customer queries with accurate information

Coordinate with internal teams and share market feedback

Maintain a consultative, customer-first approach

Eligibility

Education: Graduate, any stream

Age: 18 to 32 years

Experience: Freshers are welcome. 6+ months of BPO, tele-sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Communication: Good command of English is required.

Salary

Freshers: ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 per month

BPO / tele-sales experience: up to ₹25,000 per month

Insurance sales experience (Thane): up to ₹30,000 per month

Fixed salary plus unlimited performance incentives

Shift and Working Days

Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Week off: 6 rotational week offs per month
