🌟 Job Role Available:

Outbound Sales Process

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products to customers.

• Acquire new customers for various banking products.

• Generate leads and achieve sales objectives.

Products Include:

• Savings Account

• Current Account

• Credit Card

• Home Loan

• Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Personal Loan

• Education Loan

• Insurance

• Mutual Funds

🕒 Shift Timing:

• Fixed Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Working Hours: 8 Hours + 1 Hour Break

📅 Week Off Pattern:

• 2nd & 4th Week: Saturday & Sunday Off (Process Dependent)

• 1st & 3rd Week: Sunday Fixed Off

• Bank Holidays Applicable

• Some Saturdays may be working based on business requirements.

💰 Salary Details:

🔹 Graduate Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand

🔹 BPO Experience (1–5 Years): ₹22,000 to ₹28,000 In-Hand

🔹 Banking Sales Experience (1–5 Years): ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 In-Hand

🔹 Insurance Experience (1–5 Years): Up to ₹35,000 In-Hand

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Graduate Freshers Can Apply

✔ Graduate Experienced Candidates Can Apply

✔ Good Communication Skills Required

✔ Banking, Sales, Collections, Insurance & BFSI Experience Preferred

🎂 Age Limit: Up to 32 Years

📍 Transportation Benefits:
