ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTY:-

Make outbound call to convert them into policy sales
Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance product.
Explain product features, benefits and coverage in an engaging way to close deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales target and earn unlimited incentives.
Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport and create long term customer relationships.
Earn attractive incentives & performance bonuses on top of fixed salary.

WORK TIMINGS & PERKS:-

Shift Timing:- 9:30 to 7:00 PM

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week off |

CTC:- Upto 3.79 LPA | INCENTIVES |

Work Location:- Vashi Navi Mumbai.
