Urgent Hiring: Operations Executive

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Salary

• Freshers: Up to ₹20,000/month

• Experienced (5+ years): Up to ₹25,000/month

• Candidates with 5+ years of experience are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with clients to receive and process orders.

• Suggest food requirements whenever needed.

• Place orders with the respective kitchen/vendor.

• Book and coordinate logistics for timely deliveries.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule.

• Manage pick-up and drop coordination.

• Generate and send invoices to clients.

• Follow up on client payments and maintain payment records.

• Maintain vendor invoices and related documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of invoice generation and billing.

• Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
