• Share product images, fabric details, prices, and availability with potential buyers.

• Convert online leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up.

• Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Maintain updated records of online orders, payments, and customer interactions.

• Assist in listing new products on e-commerce platforms and keeping existing listings accurate and appealing.

• Collaborate with the design or production team for custom orders or specific client requirements.

• Handle online customer complaints, returns, or exchange queries professionally.

• Suggest ideas to improve digital sales and enhance the customer experience.
