The Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, promoting company products and services, supporting sales activities, increasing brand visibility, and assisting in achieving revenue targets through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, field visits, online platforms, exhibitions, and referrals.
Follow up on inquiries received through website, email, and other channels.
Coordinate with sales team for quotation preparation and customer follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and lead tracking records.
Identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys.
Develop strategies to increase market share in assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Address customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
Support customer retention and repeat business.
Support digital marketing activities (website updates, social media promotion, online listings).
Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industrial events.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for order execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
Maintain documentation related to customers and marketing activities.

Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering (Preferred for manufacturing industry)
MBA (Marketing) – Advantage
1 to 5 years experience in Marketing / Sales
Experience in Manufacturing / Fabrication / Industrial Products will be preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Willingness to travel for field marketing
