Role Overview

The Loan Officer / Sales Officer is responsible for selling home loans, personal loans or mortgage products, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves customer interaction, follow-ups, and cross-selling financial products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers provided by bank (leads given by company)

• Explain Home Loan & other banking products and benefits to clients

• Generate new business through calls and follow-ups

• Maintain relationship with existing customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with bank staff for lead generation

• Handle customer queries and provide suitable policy solutions

• Ensure proper documentation and policy processing

Skills Required

• Good communication skills

• Sales and convincing ability

• Customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of banking and insurance products

• Target oriented approach

Eligibility

• Graduate

• Minimum 6 month of experience in banking sales or Telesales .
