Loan Sales

We are hiring only experienced professionals for the role of Assistant Acquisition Manager (AAM) in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate should have a strong background in secured lending sales, customer sourcing, and channel partner management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through open market sourcing, connectors, builders, DSAs, and channel partners

• Achieve monthly sales targets for Home Loans and LAP products

• Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions

• Maintain relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and financial consultants

• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing

• Ensure proper documentation and login of loan files

• Follow up for sanction and disbursement of cases

• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP sales

• Good knowledge of mortgage products and banking processes

• Strong network in the local market preferred

• Excellent communication and sales skills

• Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or DSAs preferred

• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business goals
