💼 Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calling, references, digital sources, and other channels.

• Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.

• Explain suitable loan products, eligibility, features, and documentation requirements.

• Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful applications.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Ensure accurate information is provided to customers throughout the sales process.

• Other Financial Products

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, telecalling, telesales, or financial services preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and sales processes.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

💵 Salary & Incentives

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Salary can be based on experience and performance.
