Job Description – Telecaller (Loans)

Company: TITANS CRED FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS
Position: Telecaller – Loans
Location: Mumbai – Marol, Andheri East
Experience: 6months to 1+ year in Telecalling / Telesales preferred
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan options.

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Convince customers to proceed with the loan application process.

• Collect basic customer information and required documents.

• Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for further processing.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.

Loan Products

• Personal Loan

• Business Loan

• Home Loan

• Mortgage Loan

• Secured & Unsecured Overdraft

• Other Financial Products

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Banking, or Loan Sales preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and sales processes.

• Confident, positive, and target-oriented attitude.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Hindi/English communication skills; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
