Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.

Present and promote products or services to potential customers over the phone.

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.

Generate and qualify leads from cold calls.

Follow up on leads and potential sales.

Close sales by convincing customers to purchase products/services.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
