- Handle inbound calls and answer customer queries
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Explain interest rates, loan eligibility, documents, and process clearly
- Convince customers to apply for home loans
- Schedule meetings or pass leads to the sales team
- Maintain customer details and call records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with banks, internal sales, and processing teams
- Provide good customer service and build trust
