Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new business loan leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.

• Identify eligible customers for business loans.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

• Meet potential customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.

• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing.

• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager.

• Support and guide junior sales executives when required.

• Participate in sales meetings and product training sessions.

• Represent the company professionally in the market.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Loan, LAP, Working Capital, or Financial Services sales.
