We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Loan Sales Executive to identify and develop new loan business opportunities. This role involves engaging with prospective clients to understand their financial needs, recommending suitable loan products, and guiding them through the application process while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and lead generation through various channels (e.g., open market, referrals, partnerships).
Meet with prospective clients to evaluate their financial status, assess needs, and recommend appropriate loan products.
Explain loan features, interest rates, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and concisely.
Assist clients with gathering all necessary documentation and completing loan applications accurately.
Collaborate with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all loan products, market trends, and relevant lending regulations.
