Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and target-driven female telesales professional to generate and convert leads for loan products over the phone. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining loan options clearly, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-up and closure.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Explain personal loan, business loan, or other loan products in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.
Maintain a strong relationship with customers through regular follow-up.
Handle inquiries, objections, and basic doubts confidently.
Update customer details, lead status, and call outcomes in records.
Achieve monthly targets for leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with processing or operations teams for documentation and loan closure.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach at all times.
