As a Tele Caller – Customer Acquisition
, you will engage with pre-generated leads received from: • Digital marketing platforms • Channel partners (MFDs / Brokers)
• Offline marketing initiatives
• Your goal is to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and convert qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with inbound leads and explain Liquify’s loan offerings clearly
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Eligibility & Skills:
• Education:
Any graduate
• Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
• Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
