Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

- Generate fresh loan enquiries through outbound cold calling.

- Re-engage existing and inactive leads.

- Generate referrals from existing customers.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

- Maintain a healthy daily sales pipeline.

2. Customer Consultation

- Understand customer financial requirements.

- Explain suitable loan products.

- Educate customers regarding eligibility criteria.

- Explain documentation requirements.

- Build trust through transparent communication.

3. Sales Conversion

- Convert enquiries into qualified leads.

- Follow up consistently until closure.

- Handle customer objections professionally.

- Maximize login-to-disbursement conversion.

4. Documentation

- Collect complete customer documentation.

- Verify preliminary eligibility.

- Ensure documentation accuracy.

- Submit complete files to Operations.

5. Coordination

Coordinate regularly with:

- Team Leaders

- Operations Team

- Customers

until final disbursement.

6. Customer Experience

- Respond professionally.

- Maintain regular communication.

- Resolve basic customer queries.

- Ensure timely updates.

- Build long-term relationships.
