The Telecalling Executive in the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) vertical is responsible for driving revenue growth by making calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and pitching a comprehensive portfolio of retail and business loan products. The core focus of this role is converting cold or warm databases into high-intent loan applicants, assisting with basic eligibility checks, and seamless handover to the field sales or operations team for smooth disbursement .
Skill Set• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
• Clear verbal articulation in English and the regional language (Hindi/Local language)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and CRM navigation).
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Market competitive basic fixed salary (typically ranging between 8000 to ₹15000 per month depending on experience).
