Role & Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, and credit cards

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions

● Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and benefits clearly

● Follow up with interested customers and close sales targets within defined timelines

● Maintain accurate customer records and call reports in CRM systems

● Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and loan processing

● Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

● Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

● Excellent communication skills in English and local languages

● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

● Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, credit cards) preferred

● Ability to work with targets and under pressure

● Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage

● Preferred Candidate Profile

● Experience in tele sales / tele calling / BFSI sales is a plus

● Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

● Result-oriented and customer-focused approach

● Willingness to work in a fast-paced fintech environment
