Job Title: Female Telecaller – Loan Department

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to explain loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.)

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally

Generate and follow up on leads for loan sales

Collect basic customer information and coordinate with sales executives

Maintain call records and update CRM/MIS regularly

Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets

Ensure good customer experience and proper communication

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate preferred

Experience in telecalling or loan sales is an advantage

Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)

Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude

Ability to work with targets and pressure

Basic computer knowledge
