Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

About the Role

Home First Finance is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to generate quality leads and support the sales team by connecting with prospective customers interested in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from assigned leads.

• Generate and qualify leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Schedule appointments for the field sales team/Relationship Managers.

• Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and update call dispositions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal communication in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM preferred).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Candidates with Banking, NBFC, Insurance, BFSI, or Telecalling experience will be preferred.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and achieving sales targets.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
