We are looking for a Sales Executive (Loans) to join our team in Airoli . In this role, you will handle sales for various loan products, including Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Gold Loans, and Two-Wheeler Loans.
Job Details
• Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be comfortable working from Mumbai)
• Salary: ₹26,200 CTC
• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Rotational
Key Responsibilities
• Handle sales calls: Manage both outbound and inbound sales calls for loan products (LAP, Business Loan, Gold Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan).
• Lead generation: Generate leads and actively convert them into customers.
• Customer consultation: Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
• Follow-ups: Keep in touch and follow up with potential customers.
• Target achievement: Meet and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: HSC Passed or above.
• Experience: Experienced candidates only (Any sales experience will do).
• Skills: Good communication skills.
• Mindset: Target-oriented and result-driven.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with a rotational weekly off.
