Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend appropriate loan solutions.

• Guide customers through the loan application process.

• Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation.

• Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and credit assessments.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for loan processing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
