We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to evaluate, process, and manage loan applications. The candidate will guide customers through the loan process, verify financial information, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to loan products.
Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify applicant documents.
Assess customer financial status and creditworthiness.
Process loan applications and coordinate approvals.
Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
Follow up with clients for pending documents and repayments.
Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
