Job Title: Loan Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling loan products (such as personal loans, home loans, or business loans) to customers. The role involves generating leads, explaining loan options, and helping customers complete the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for loan products
Generate leads through field work, referrals, and cold calling
Explain different loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options
Assist customers in filling out loan applications and collecting documents
Coordinate with the credit and verification teams
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients
Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Required Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services
Sales and negotiation skills
Customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Work Environment:
Field + office work
May require travel within assigned area
