We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Different type Loan Executive to handle loan inquiries, guide customers, and achieve sales targets for loan products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding various loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Business Loan, etc.).

• Collect, verify, and process customer documents such as ID proof, income proof, bank statements, salary slips, property documents, etc.

• Evaluate loan applications and check creditworthiness of applicants.

• Coordinate with underwriting team for loan approval process.

• Maintain accurate records of loan files and customer interactions.

• Guide customers through loan approval, disbursal, and repayment process.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and EMI-related queries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.

• Achieve monthly loan targets and maintain good customer service.

• Build relationships with customers, property dealers, and business partners to generate leads.
