Job వివరణ

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Different type Loan Executive to handle loan inquiries, guide customers, and achieve sales targets for loan products.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in understanding various loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
Collect, verify, and process customer documents such as ID proof, income proof, bank statements, salary slips, property documents, etc.
Evaluate loan applications and check creditworthiness of applicants.
Coordinate with underwriting team for loan approval process.
Maintain accurate records of loan files and customer interactions.
Guide customers through loan approval, disbursal, and repayment process.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and EMI-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.
Achieve monthly loan targets and maintain good customer service.
Build relationships with customers, property dealers, and business partners to generate leads.
