Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Executive to manage telecalling activities, customer coordination, and document verification for personal loan cases. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling potential customers from the data provided by Managers.

• Explaining personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

• Generating leads and converting them into successful loan cases.

• Assisting customers in completing the loan application process.

• Collecting and verifying required documents.

• Coordinating with banks/NBFC partners for loan processing.

• Maintaining regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.

• Updating customer details and status in the system.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking/loan products (training will be provided).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Email).

• Target-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
