Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Personal Loan Executive to manage telecalling activities, customer coordination, and document verification for personal loan cases. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling potential customers from the data provided by Managers.
Explaining personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Generating leads and converting them into successful loan cases.
Assisting customers in completing the loan application process.
Collecting and verifying required documents.
Coordinating with banks/NBFC partners for loan processing.
Maintaining regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.
Updating customer details and status in the system.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of banking/loan products (training will be provided).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Email).
Target-oriented mindset.

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply.
