• Handle loan applications received.
• Manage the loan process from sourcing to disbursal.
• Understand customer requirements and collect necessary information.
• Maintain good customer experience and respond promptly.
• Review and evaluate loan applications based on credit parameters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Quality Check, Operations, and Documentation teams.
• Explain the loan process to customers from lead to disbursal.
• Complete daily tasks on time and meet TAT benchmarks.
• Guide and advise customers during the loan process.
