Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers and explain the company's loan products.
Understand customer requirements and assess their eligibility.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads until closure.
Convert leads into successful customers by addressing their queries and objections.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions and customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/software.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and competitor offerings.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
Ability to build customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
Graduate (UG/Graduate for experienced Loan Officer role)
