We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years experience in generating leads for our company. The ideal candidate will be based in Thane and will play a crucial role in increasing our customer base and ultimately driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use various methods to identify and reach out to potential leads, including cold-calling, email marketing, and social media outreach
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to determine their needs and interest in our products/services
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to potential leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using various lead generation tools and techniques
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets
- Experience in using CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
