Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospecting, cold outreach, database research, and lead qualification to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers through various online and offline sources.

• Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.

• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.

• Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, and decision-making authority.

• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.

• Build and manage prospect databases from target industries.

• Track and report lead generation activities and conversion metrics.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 6 month - 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Strong internet research and prospecting skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
